CANCELLATION POLICY

•A non-refundable booking fee is required for every appointment. If you cannot attend your appointment you MUST give us 24 hours’ notice to rearrange or cancel or your booking fee will be lost

​

• We understand that in some circumstances you may run late for your appointment. If this is something that happens to you we ask that you can kindly contact in order for us to help accommodate you. Please be aware due to other appointments we can only allow for 5 or 10 minutes lateness.

ATTENDING THE CLINIC

• Please do not attend the clinics, without confirming an appointment. All clients should attend only via appointments.
